Operational Setup of Trabzon Zağnos Valley Phase 1 Park Completed by BW Entertainment
Located in the heart of Trabzon, Zağnos Valley Phase 1 is a major recreation investment combining natural beauty with modern family-friendly attractions. To ensure that the park operates safely, efficiently and sustainably, the Trabzon Municipality assigned the entire operational setup process to BW Entertainment.
As part of the project, BW Entertainment’s team carried out:
✔ Staff Recruitment & Role Assignment
Suitable candidates were selected and assigned for operations, ticketing, ride operators, safety teams and facility maintenance staff.
✔ Operator, Supervisor & Management Training
Training covered safe ride operation, daily checklists, emergency procedures, communication, visitor flow management and overall operational discipline.
✔ Installation of Ticketing & Admission System
With BW Entertainment’s custom ticketing software:

were fully integrated to create a modern digital operational system.
✔ Operational Workflow Design
Visitor routing, congestion management, safety points, maintenance routines and daily operating schedules were optimized according to the park’s needs.
With these steps, Zağnos Valley Phase 1 Park became a fully functional recreation area offering smooth operations, safe attractions, well-trained staff and modern digital infrastructure.
