All operational processes of Trabzon Zağnos Valley Stage 1 Park were established by BW Entertainment, including staff selection, training, ticketing and access control systems.
Zağnos Valley Park Stage 1, one of Trabzon’s most prominent recreation areas, has been fully prepared for visitors with BW Entertainment’s professional operational setup.
Within the scope of the project, BW Entertainment provided:
Full operational workflow design for the entire park
Staff recruitment, task planning and operational management
Comprehensive training programs covering safety, operations and customer communication
Installation of ticketing systems, turnstiles and access control infrastructure
Development of opening–closing procedures, emergency protocols and daily operation flow charts
All operational components were delivered to Trabzon Municipality in a fully functioning and sustainable structure.
Today, Zağnos Valley Park welcomes visitors with a safe, organized and professional operation.
